The Iglesia Anglicana San Salvador stands on Avenida Crámer as a structure of stone with a distinct medieval-inspired design. It emerged from the growth of the British community in the Belgrano neighborhood during the late nineteenth century. As families settled in the area, often arriving by the tramway built by the Lacroze brothers, the need for a dedicated local place of worship surpassed the capacity of existing pastoral services in the city center.
