The Merri Creek Trail is a shared-use path that follows the winding path of the Merri Creek for twenty-one kilometers, stretching from Dights Falls in Abbotsford to the Western Ring Road. In Coburg, the trail is easily recognized by its passage through the Coburg Lake Reserve, where the path connects to historic stone bridges and local parklands.
