Café Mozart

Café Mozart is identifiable by its traditional Viennese coffee house exterior and its placement directly behind the Vienna State Opera. This location has hosted a coffee house since seventeen ninety-four, just three years after the death of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. While it operated under various names and owners over the centuries, the current name was adopted in nineteen twenty-nine as a tribute to the Mozart monument that once stood nearby on Albertinaplatz.
