Rotunda sv. Martina

The Rotunda of Saint Martin stands out for its compact, circular stone form and limestone walls nearly one meter thick. Built in the second half of the eleventh century during the reign of Vratislaus the Second, this is the oldest surviving rotunda in Prague. It remains as one of the few structures that recall the era when Vyšehrad served as a primary seat of power in early Bohemia.
