L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges is recognizable by its vivid green facade and bright red shutters along the banks of the Saône River. This restaurant began as a family establishment in the seventeenth century and eventually became the lifelong home and kitchen of Paul Bocuse. He was born in the room above the dining area in nineteen twenty-six and passed away in that same room in two thousand eighteen.
