The Calanque de Sormiou is marked by the contrast between its steep limestone cliffs and a collection of traditional fishing huts clustered near the shoreline. As the largest calanque in the Calanques National Park, it holds human history dating back to the Mesolithic era, evidence of which remains hidden deep within the submerged Cosquer Cave.
