The Palais Nikaïa is defined by its sweeping, oval-shaped architecture designed to mimic the wings of a seabird. This modern concert hall, located on Boulevard du Mercantour, opened its doors on April fourth, two thousand one, after being commissioned by the city of Nice. Architects André Grésy, Serge Grésy, and Louis Chevalier crafted the building with a capacity to hold up to nine thousand spectators indoors for music, comedy, and sporting events.
