Japanese Garden

The Japanese Garden in Nordpark is marked by its quiet, five thousand square meter layout of ponds, pruned maples, and carefully arranged stones. Opened in nineteen seventy-five, this space was a gift to the city from the Japanese community and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry to honor the hospitality Düsseldorf showed to the growing number of Japanese residents in the region.
