Annai Fish Fry occupies a space at the far end of the row of food stalls along the stretch of sand at Elliot’s Beach in Besant Nagar. This stall is recognizable by the trays of fresh, marinated seafood on display at the front, which are prepared on a tawa griddle only after a customer places an order.
