The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption is identified by its three sharp, cast-iron spires that rise sixty meters above the street. Instead, they built the structure using bricks covered in plaster, a lightweight teak wood roof, and the distinct iron framework that allows the spires to reach toward the sky without the weight of heavy stone.
