The Scoletta dei Calegheri sits on the edge of Campo San Tomà, distinguished by a fine stone relief above its arched entrance. This carving, attributed to the workshop of Pietro Lombardo and dated to fourteen seventy-eight, shows Saint Mark healing a shoemaker named Aniano, whose hand was injured while repairing the saint's sandal.
