Kuang Si Waterfall

Kuang Si Waterfall is a multi-tiered cascade defined by its striking turquoise water, which gains its intense color from high concentrations of calcium carbonate washing over white limestone rocks. Located twenty-nine kilometers south of Luang Prabang, the water plunges about sixty meters into a series of pools surrounded by dense tropical rainforest.
