Patallacta is a series of terraced agricultural plots and stone ruins perched on the ground where the Kusichaca and Urubamba rivers meet. This site appears as a sprawling collection of low-walled buildings and platforms on an elevated ridge, which hikers often first encounter early on their journey along the Classic Inca Trail.
