Choryang Ibagu-gil Alley is a hillside path marked by steep, winding lanes and narrow staircases that rise from the harbor toward the mountain. The word "ibagu" means "story" in the local Busan dialect, and this trail was established to preserve the history of refugees who settled here during the Korean War. When they arrived, they built dense, makeshift homes along the slopes, creating a labyrinth of alleys that still defines the neighborhood today.
