Raixa sits at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in Bunyola, defined by a grand reflecting pond that mirrors the sky and the surrounding cypress-lined terraces. This estate began as an Islamic farmstead long before the thirteen-hundreds, evolving over centuries into a sprawling working property known as a possessió. You can identify the site by its Italian-style neoclassical architecture, which took shape under the influence of Cardinal Antoni Despuig i Dameto.
