Federico García Lorca Park

Federico García Lorca Park in Alfacar is identified by a stone monolith standing near an old olive tree at its entrance. Inaugurated in nineteen eighty-six, this garden space was established by the Provincial Council of Granada to commemorate the poet Federico García Lorca and the thousands of other people executed in the surrounding area during the Spanish Civil War.
