The Rivoli Ballroom on Brockley Road is marked by its Art Deco exterior, which features a recessed entrance, pilasters topped with plaster urns, and signs that simply read Dancing and Tonight. While the facade reflects its origins as the nineteen thirteen Crofton Park Picture Palace, the interior preserves a distinct nineteen fifties design. Inside, the large, barrel-vaulted hall is lined with red velour walls, gilt-framed panels, and oversized Chinese lanterns, all set above a Canadian maple sprung dance floor.
