Flattop Mountain, rising three thousand five hundred and ten feet into the sky, is a broad, rocky plateau situated in Chugach State Park just east of Anchorage. The mountain is defined by its flat, expansive summit and is officially recognized as the most climbed peak in all of Alaska. Its accessibility from the city makes it a frequent destination for hikers, paragliders, and backcountry skiers.
