The Top Gun House is a small, bright blue cottage featuring ornate Victorian trim and a wide front porch. Originally built in eighteen eighty-eight for Doctor Henry Graves, it served as a summer vacation home for him and his wife, Sarah, who traveled down from Riverside to enjoy the coastal air. It stands as the last remaining oceanfront Folk Victorian cottage in all of San Diego County.
