Red Rocks Amphitheatre is defined by two massive, three-hundred-foot sandstone monoliths known as Ship Rock and Creation Rock. These natural formations flank the seating area, creating a bowl that acts as a world-renowned acoustic chamber. Situated at sixty-four hundred and fifty feet above sea level, the venue occupies a space where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains.
