ShangHai Taste (Chinatown)

Inside the Shanghai Plaza, this restaurant is marked by a windowed kitchen where chefs from Shanghai hand-fold thousands of soup dumplings each day. Opened in twenty nineteen by chef Jimmy Li and his partner Joe Muscaglione, the space was designed to recreate the dining experience of their home city. Almost every physical element inside, from the floor tiles and lighting to the chopsticks and serving bowls, was sourced directly from Shanghai.
