Pegasus Park is defined by its eighteen-story office tower, which rises above a twenty-three-acre campus located between the Dallas Design District and the Southwestern Medical District. Originally built in nineteen seventy to serve as the headquarters for the Zale Corporation, the tower once featured gold-tinted windows to reflect the jewelry company's business. In nineteen eighty-one, the property was sold to the Mobil Oil Corporation, which later remodeled the exterior with bronze glass and installed large, glowing Pegasus signs on the roof.
