Lehi Mills is marked by its tall, three-story brick structure and round grain silos, which feature iconic, hand-painted murals of a turkey and a peacock. Founded by a co-op of farmers in nineteen oh six, the facility was designed to sit near the Union Pacific Railroad tracks to simplify the transport of wheat and flour across the Utah Valley. George G. Robinson acquired the site in nineteen ten, beginning a century of family ownership that prioritized traditional milling techniques over industrial-scale automation.
