Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise is a seventy-seven-story residential and hotel tower that rises two hundred and forty-three meters above the Surfers Paradise foreshore. It is identifiable by its sheer verticality and continuous floor-to-ceiling glass exterior, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the city skyline. Completed in twenty-twelve, the building occupies the site formerly held by the Raptis Plaza shopping center.
