Inflexión Memorial Park is distinguished by a large granite wall punctured by forty-six thousand, six hundred and twelve holes, each representing a victim of narcoterrorism in Colombia between nineteen eighty-three and nineteen ninety-four. This site in the Santa María de los Ángeles neighborhood was formerly the location of the Edificio Mónaco, a seven-story building that served as the home of Pablo Escobar and his cartel.
