Piazza Magione

Piazza Magione is defined by a large, open grassy park surrounded by low walls, an unusual feature in the dense urban fabric of central Palermo. This expansive space, located in the Kalsa district, sits between the thirteenth-century Basilica della Santissima Trinità del Cancelliere—known locally as La Magione—and the ruins of the Church of the Spasimo.
