Jeevanjee Gardens is defined by its five acres of lush, mature trees and shaded lawns that offer a quiet respite within the dense grid of Nairobi’s Central Business District. Established as a private plot, it was donated to the city’s residents in nineteen oh six by Alibhai Mullah Jeevanjee, a prominent merchant and philanthropist who intended the space to be a permanent recreational area for all people.
