Ikhachhen

Ikhachhen is a traditional neighborhood community, or tole, located within the historic urban fabric of Lalitpur. It sits just north of Patan Durbar Square, forming part of the vibrant residential and religious area surrounding the Kumbheshwar Temple complex. The neighborhood serves as a significant stop during local cultural processions, including the annual Neku Jatra Matya festival, where the community's narrow, winding streets and traditional Newari architecture become central to the ritual route.
