Megarave

Megarave began in nineteen ninety-three as the first Dutch event to combine diverse forms of house music in a single outdoor space. It found an early home in the Energiehal in Rotterdam, a venue that became synonymous with the rise of the gabber subculture. As the event grew in scale, it transitioned from a singular location to a traveling concept that sought venues across Europe, eventually settling into the current circuit of international hardcore festivals.
