The Yunyan Temple Pagoda, widely known as the Tiger Hill Pagoda, crowns the summit of Tiger Hill with its distinctive, seven-story octagonal silhouette. Built between nine fifty-nine and nine sixty-one, the structure is an imitation of wooden architecture constructed entirely from heavy blue bricks. It leans noticeably to the northeast, a result of uneven soil pressure beneath its foundation, which rests on both rock and soft earth.
