Gympie Street in Woodstock is defined by the large-scale murals covering the walls of its Victorian-era houses and old industrial buildings. Once notorious for gang activity and described by some as one of the most dangerous streets in the city, the area shifted as artists began using these surfaces to share stories and address local social issues.
