Gwanghwamun Gate stands as the main entrance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, easily recognized by its massive granite base topped with a two-story wooden pavilion. This structure acts as the ceremonial gateway to the largest royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty, originally constructed in thirteen ninety-five.
