The Palacio de Altamira is recognized from the street by a monumental, anonymous seventeenth-century stone façade that conceals a far older history. Located in the San Bartolomé neighborhood near the former Jewish quarter, this building stands as the most significant example of Mudéjar domestic architecture in Seville after the Real Alcázar.
