The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign rises twenty-five feet tall, its stretched diamond shape anchored in the median of Las Vegas Boulevard. Seven white circles, representing silver dollars as a nod to Nevada’s status as the Silver State, hold the letters of the word welcome across the top. Below, a yellow starburst tops the structure, and beneath that, the words to fabulous appear in cursive script above the bold, capitalized name of the city.
