East High School is recognizable by the large, modern brick campus located at eight hundred forty South thirteen hundred East. While the current buildings were constructed in nineteen ninety-seven, the school has functioned on this site since nineteen thirteen. It replaced an original four-story masonry structure that served the community for decades until it was demolished due to being seismically unstable.
