The Plazoleta Eduardo Arrabal is a public space positioned along the Costanera, the riverfront drive that follows the Iguazú River toward the Hito Tres Fronteras. It is recognizable by the views it offers over the water and the frequent presence of visitors resting as they move between the town’s port area and the landmark where the borders of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet.
