Medellin Modern Art Museum

The Medellín Museum of Modern Art is defined by a series of eleven stacked, angular concrete blocks that rise above the former industrial site of Ciudad del Río. These blocks are deliberately askew, arranged to mimic the appearance of informal hillside homes found throughout the city, with outdoor stairs connecting the different levels much like the walkways between neighborhood dwellings.
