Restaurante Silvestre

Restaurante Silvestre occupies a six-hundred-square-meter mansion in the Barrio Amón neighborhood that dates back to the eighteen nineties. Originally built as a private residence for Leonidas Pacheco Cabezas, a lawyer and diplomat who was later declared a national benefactor, the structure maintains its historic footprint while serving as a fine-dining establishment. Chef Santiago Fernández Benedetto opened the restaurant in twenty seventeen to focus on a signature style of cooking that relies on open-fire techniques and locally sourced ingredients.
