Prague Main Train Station

landmark

Prague Main Railway Station is defined by two clashing faces: a grand, twin-towered Art Nouveau building from the early twentieth century and a sprawling, subterranean Brutalist concourse built in the nineteen seventies. Designed by the architect Josef Fanta, this older wing opened in nineteen oh nine to replace an earlier neo-Renaissance station.
