Panagal Park

Panagal Park stands as a lush, green heart at the center of the Thyagaraya Nagar neighborhood, where six major roads—including Usman Road and Sir Thyagaraya Road—converge into a single focal point. Established around nineteen twenty-three as part of the town planning project that created T. Nagar, the park was named in honor of the Raja of Panagal, who served as the Chief Minister of the Madras Presidency during the region's development.
