Campuhan Ridge Walk

landmark

The Campuhan Ridge Walk is a narrow, paved path that traces the spine of a grassy hill, rising high above the steep, forested ravines where the East and West Wos Rivers converge. This meeting point, known in Balinese as a campuhan, is considered a sacred confluence believed to possess powerful healing energy. The trail begins beside the ancient Pura Gunung Lebah temple, which has stood in this ravine since at least the eighth century.
