The building you are approaching is a residence in Suginami, often identified by the name Mouse. It is a private dwelling constructed of reinforced concrete, completed in two thousand and eleven. Designed by the architect Hideyuki Nakayama, the structure occupies a narrow, sloped site between two existing houses.
