The most recognizable feature of Batey Mojito and Guarapo Bar is a vintage Volkswagen Beetle parked directly inside the building. This car has been converted into a sugarcane press, where staff crush fresh stalks to produce the sweet guarapo juice that forms the base of their signature mojitos.
