The Kotor Clock Tower is a freestanding, seventeen-meter-tall stone structure that rises above the Square of Arms, the main public space inside the walled Old Town. Built in sixteen oh two during the period of Venetian administration, the tower is easily recognized by the faint, permanent lean it developed after the devastating earthquake of sixteen sixty-seven.
