Wangkui Braised Meat In Preserved Sauce, known locally as Wangkui Lazhi Roujiamo, is a long-standing restaurant in the Beilin District of Xi'an. It is recognizable by the heavy scent of slow-cooked meat that greets visitors at the door of its main branch, which sits near the Baxian'an, or the Temple of the Eight Immortals. The business opened in nineteen eighty-two and built its reputation on the traditional method of preparing its namesake dish.
