The Imperial College Union occupies the north wing of the Beit Quadrangle, a structure defined by its historic brickwork and central courtyard on Prince Consort Road. Designed by architect Sir Aston Webb and completed in nineteen eleven, the building was established to provide a dedicated social space for students, fulfilling a vision set by Sir Arthur Acland to foster collegiate comradeship.
