The Lexington Battle Green is a triangular, two-acre grassy park in Lexington, Massachusetts, bounded by Massachusetts Avenue, Bedford Street, and Harrington Road. It is marked by a bronze statue of a colonial militiaman, a granite obelisk erected in seventeen ninety-nine, and a flagpole that flies the American flag twenty-four hours a day.
