Creation Audio

Creation Audio sits on Nicollet Avenue in an unmarked, nondescript building. While it lacks exterior signage, the structure has served as a consistent site for music production since the mid-twentieth century. Originally constructed as a vaudeville theater in nineteen sixteen, it later functioned as a movie house before being converted into a recording studio by Bruce Swedien in nineteen fifty-four.
