The Composers Union of Armenia is a stone building constructed in nineteen fifty-five, easily recognized by the semicircular section that projects outward toward Pushkin Street. This extension ends in a rotunda, a feature designed by architects Ashot Ghazaryan, Eduard Altunyan, and Eduard Sarapyan to provide a sweeping view of the city. The façade is faced with distinct orange tuff stone from Ani, and the residential balconies overlooking Pushkin Street are accented with colonnades.
