Jardim Oriental Liberdade

The Jardim Oriental features a traditional pond filled with koi fish and surrounded by carefully pruned trees and bamboo. Located on Rua Galvão Bueno in the Liberdade neighborhood, this public space occupies a small footprint amidst the dense concrete of central São Paulo. It was founded in nineteen seventy-four and is maintained by the Associação Cultural Assistencial da Liberdade, an organization dedicated to the cultural and social development of the local community.
